What this workbook will not do
It won't get you out of burnout on its own. What is is designed to do is provide some tips and background. You will gain some good.. indeed vital... foundations upon which a path out of burnout can be fashioned.
It can't undo in an hour what has often take years to build up but it can be the catalyst that gives you the courage to face burnout, get a plan for reversing it and or to seek further help if that seems needed
