My burnout journal

This is half way between a journal and a workbook - a hybrid

How to use it

5 minutes a day on thinking more constructively about burnout.

It is only 18 pages - 15 days of one reflection a day over 3 weeks - weekdays is our recommendation.

We know that some people take it away on a holiday or quiet weekend away - so we are not prescriptive on time frames. But it is definitely best not to rush it.

What happens after the journal?

When you are done the answers will help you move on to the next phase in eliminatring burnout with the geese. This might be our ""where to begin" workbook. our "prepare to career plan workbook" or it might be booking an explore and assess call.

Some people ask why we don't make the journal free - we have found that those who commit some funds however small to burnout exploration - do a lot better than those who do not. This is something to do with making a decision to see the back of burnout, to commit some time and resources .

We know folk with burnout a very very tired and that taking on anything new always feels like a burden. However - five minutes a day (75 minutes in total ) to get your get out of  burnout flight onto the runway - is about as small as we can make any commitment.

The workbook is an hour

The prepare to career plan is an hour

Combined with the journal these are a powerful start to getting burnout gone.

Please note these are all preparatory learning tools

Our 12 week burnout programme with an hour a week  is what really gets to grips with turning burnout aroun. But nowadays we don't give access to that until we are sure someone is ready for it.  Otherwise it'll be a waste of money.
